I was diagnosed in 2006 with Bipolar Disorder. I’ve spent the last 12 years balancing life while balancing BD.
I’m a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a teacher, a mentor, a coach, and a writer. (I even have a few friends.) While I’m not perfect at any one of these roles, I’m proud to say that considering my struggles with BD, I’m pretty darn above average at all of them.
This blog is about my life and experiences as a bipolar person. My goal is to educate and entertain my reader by sharing stories and observations about my life and the world around me.
The love and support from my family and friends, give me the courage to share my journey. The positive feedback from my readers keeps me motivated.
Please remember that no two people with BD share the same experience. What is true for me may not be for some one else.
I hope you learn something, but mostly I hope you laugh, because a world without laughter is just plain crazy.
